| The Northern Ohio Chapter of the French-American Chamber of Commerce will celebrate the recent posting of its home page on the Internet with a reception Tuesday.
Don Scipione, president of ACME Express Inc., who sponsored the Internet home page, will demonstrate its use at the 6:30 p.m. reception at Parker's Restaurant, 2801 Bridge Ave.
